It’s almost here!

To make sure everyone enjoys the event safely and comfortably, please review the following guidelines before submitting in your ticket.

• Tickets are non-refundable and required for entry. Ticket cost goes to setting up the event and paying artists for their time - no refunds will be given for any tickets. If you are unable to make the event and would like to transfer your ticket to a friend, please email us or send us a DM on Instagram so we can get the ticket information switched to the new attendee.
• Attendees must check in at the front desk to receive their event wristband.
• Re-entry is allowed for emergencies, food runs, or other necessary reasons - but you must have your wristband to return inside.
  Doors open at 11:30 am for check-in.
• The first movie begins at exactly 12:00 PM and the lock-in + flash tattoos start at that time. You don't need to arrive right at noon if you have other obligations, but the event will be underway. 

• Security staff will be on site from 8:00 PM - 10:00 AM for everyone's safety. Shop is also under 24 hour video and audio surveillance.
• Please report any unsafe behavior to staff or security immediately.
• Illegal substances, weapons, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event with refund.

• Unlimited flash tattoos are available from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM on September 27th.
• Tattoos will be done in a first come, first serve basis within those hours.
• Standard studio policies apply: ID required, 18+ only, and consent forms must be completed.
• Please be respectful of the artists' time - complex or custom requests will not be included in this promotion. 

• Bring a sleeping bag, pillow, or cot to stay comfortable. This goes without saying but no tents please. We do keep it cold in the studio so keep that in mind when choosing clothing or comfort items.
• Two futons are available for rent (extra fee of $100 - limited availability)
• Be mindful of others resting  - quiet hours are encouraged during late-night movies.
• If you know you're a louder sleeper (snoring, tossing, etc.), we may kindly ask you to nap in your vehicle or the back room so everyone can enjoy the event comfortably. 
• Keep your personal belongings secure; the shop is not responsible for lost or stolen item. Please do not leave valuables in your car. 

• A pizza dinner will be provided on September 27th after flash tattoo portion on event.
• Tacos for breakfast will be provided on September 28th in the morning. 
• Additional snacks and beverages will be available throughout the event.
• You're welcome to step out for food and return with your wristband.
• Please keep all food and drinks in designated areas to protect the studio space. If you spill something, please let staff know so we can clean it up. There are also plenty of trash cans so please throw away any trash and be respectful of the shop and keep it clean so we can continue to host events.

• This event is meant to be fun, magical, and welcoming - please treat staff and fellow guests with respect. No matter your house!
• Harassment, aggressive behavior, or disruption of the event will result in removal without refund.
• Cosplay is encouraged, but please keep it comfortable and safe for lock-in setting. 

• This event is 18+ only  - non-expired, valid ID required at check-in.
• Doors open at 11:30 AM on Sept. 27th - please arrive early to settle in.
• This event concludes at 12:00 PM on Sept. 28th.
